Stormin Loud is an exclusive event for the St. John's community. Outside guests are allowed on a one-to-one entry policy and must be accompanied by their St. John’s host at all times. All ticket holders will need to retrieve a wristband to access the Great Lawn and participate in attractions on Friday, April 28 – you will not be able to enter the event with just a ticket. Tickets must be purchased beforehand through the links above. There will be no ticket sales on the day of the event. General admission is free for all current active students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

Registration is required for all attendees, and tickets are non-transferrable. Wristband distribution at both Marillac Terrace A and the ticket box office will end at 6 PM on Friday, April 28th. Your wristband will allow you to enter the Great Lawn and to participate in attractions, food options, and giveaways (all of which are available while supplies last).

For Current Students and Invited Guests

There are three ticket tiers available for undergraduate students. You may reserve a General Admission ticket for free, or upgrade your experience with the Silver or Gold ticket package at an additional cost. On the day of the event, you will need your ticket and active Stormcard to redeem your event wristband. Current St. John students can retrieve their event wristband starting at 9 AM in Marillac Terrace A. There will be no ticket sales on the day of the event.

St. John’s students are allowed to invite one non-SJU guest to accompany them at the event. Guests must present a physical valid government-issued ID card (license, ID, passport, etc.) and must check-in with you as a St. John’s student. This event is not open to the public – each guest must be accompanied by an SJU student and will be the responsibility of their St. John’s student host. Limited spots are available. If you are bringing a guest with you, you must be present at check-in with them to retrieve their wristband.

For Alumni

Alumni can retrieve their event wristband starting at 4 PM at the Carnesecca Arena Box Office. You will need your physical, valid state/government-issued ID and ticket confirmation to retrieve your wristband. Ticket sales will end on Tuesday, April 25th at 4pm. There are no sales on the day of the event.

New Johnnies ( Accepted Students)

Newly-accepted students may acquire tickets to Stormin’ Loud through the St. John’s University Office of Admissions. Tickets are free & available for New Johnnies that have confirmed and secured their acceptance to St. John’s University for the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
